Prowadzący/Lecturer: Mikołaj Ratajczak Pojęciem, które coraz częściej pojawia się we współczesnych debatach dotyczących ekonomii wiedzy i informacji, jest „kapitalizm kognitywny”. Posługują się nim głównie ci teoretycy, którzy współczesną transformację stosunków pracy i produkcji w sektorach opartych na obróbce danych, kodów, obrazów i idei analizują z perspektywy konfliktów i sprzeczności charakterystycznych dla gospodarki kapitalistycznej. Analizy tego rodzaju wymagają połączenia perspektywy filozoficznej z krytyką ekonomii politycznej: praca języka i wartość wytwarzana w sieciach komunikacji muszą być ujmowane w kontekście formowania się nowych reżimów akumulacji. Celem zajęć będzie wprowadzenie do teorii kapitalizmu kognitywnego zarówno w jej wymiarze ekonomicznym, jak i filozoficznym. Od pojęć pracy niematerialnej i pracy biopolitycznej przez Marksowki termin „intelektu powszechnego” i filozoficzną analizę kreatywności dyspozycji językowej przejdziemy do krytyki gospodarki opartej na wiedzy i jej powiązania z kapitałem finansowym, które to powiązanie odpowiedzialne było za specyficzny model „nowej ekonomii” lat 90. (zakończonej kryzysem roku 2001) oraz za współczesną dynamikę rozwoju sieci komunikacji. The notion of „cognitive capitalism” has become one of the most important concepts in contemporary debates on the economy of knowledge and information. It is used predominantly by theoreticians who analyze current transformations of labor and production relations in sectors based on the work with data, codes, images and ideas from the perspective of conflicts and contradictions inherent to capitalist economy. Analyses of this kind require a joint philosophical-economical perspective: the work of language and the value created in communicative networks should be theorized together with the formation of new regimes of accumulation. The aim of the course is to introduce the theory of cognitive capitalism both in its philosophical and economic aspect. From the notions of immaterial and biopolitical labor through Marxian concept of “general intellect” and a philosophical analysis of the creativity of the linguistic disposition we shall arrive at the critique of the economy based on knowledge in its relation with financial capital which was responsible both for the specific model of the New Economy of the 90s (and the crisis of 2001) and the contemporary development of the communicative networks.   Język / Language: English.
